Contact details, hours, categories and services filled in precisely.
Your business listing is often the very first contact with a local customer. Well optimised, it drives calls, directions and visits — I make sure it's flawless.
When someone searches for a service nearby, Google first shows a map and three businesses: the famous "local pack". Being there changes everything.
Your Google Business Profile feeds these results and Google Maps. I create or take it over, optimise it and keep it active so you stand out ahead of your competitors — and customers take action.

A curated selection that inspires confidence and makes people want to come.
A strategy to collect reviews and respond professionally.
Regular posts to stay active and signal your momentum to Google.
Most local businesses have a Google listing… which they created once and then forgot. It's a missed opportunity: an active, well-optimised listing can, on its own, generate as many leads as a website — sometimes more, because it captures customers at the exact moment they're searching, often from their phone, ready to call or come in.
Google favours listings that are complete, consistent and active. That means accurate information identical everywhere on the web, the right business category, quality photos kept fresh, reviews you respond to, and regular posts. Each of these signals tells Google your business is reliable and deserves to be featured.
It's maintenance more than a one-off setup — and that's exactly where I make the difference: I keep your listing flawless over time while you focus on your work. Combined with a site optimised for local search, it forms the winning duo for nearby shops and craftspeople.
No, the two complement each other. The listing captures local searches and reassures at a glance; the site goes deeper into your offer and converts. Together they cover the whole customer journey. That said, if you don't have a site yet, a well-kept listing is already an excellent starting point.
The most effective way is simply to ask, at the right moment, making it easy (a direct link, a QR code). I set up that mechanism for you and respond to reviews professionally. Never fake reviews, though: Google detects and penalises them.
It's the most common case — and the easiest to fix. A neglected listing falls behind more active competitors. I take it over, bring it up to standard and keep it alive, without you having to deal with it.
I'll review your current local presence and tell you what can be improved. Free and with no commitment.
